These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the games, websites, and services provided by DGamerStudio ("DGamerStudio", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our games and services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by DGamerStudio.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software; reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the services; harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users; use the services for illegal or unauthorized purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account, without notice.
5. In-Game Communications
In-game communications, including chat and messaging, are transmitted through our servers and may be monitored or moderated for security, legal compliance, and community safety. You acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy in in-game communications.
6. Virtual Items and Currency
Games may include virtual items or virtual currency. These have no real-world value and remain the property of DGamerStudio. We may modify, suspend, or remove virtual items or currency at any time. Virtual items are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
7. Payments and Refunds
Purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card information. All sales are final except where refunds are required by applicable law or by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the services or other users. You may stop using the services at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the services ends immediately.
9. Availability and Changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without liability.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DGamerStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DGamerStudio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

La violación de estas reglas puede resultar en la suspensión o terminación de su cuenta, sin previo aviso.
5. Comunicaciones en el Juego
Las comunicaciones en el juego, incluidos el chat y la mensajería, se transmiten a través de nuestros servidores y pueden ser monitoreadas o moderadas por razones de seguridad, cumplimiento legal y seguridad de la comunidad. Usted reconoce que no tiene expectativa de privacidad en las comunicaciones en el juego.
6. Artículos Virtuales y Moneda

8. Terminación

No garantizamos el funcionamiento ininterrumpido o sin errores de los servicios. Podemos modificar, suspender o discontinuar cualquier parte de los servicios en cualquier momento sin responsabilidad.
10. Renuncia de Garantías
Los servicios se proporcionan "TAL CUAL" y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD" sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluyendo garantías de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un propósito particular, o no infracción.
11. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, DGamerStudio no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, consecuentes o punitivos que surjan de su uso de los servicios.
12. Indemnización
Usted acepta indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a DGamerStudio de cualquier reclamación, daño, pérdida o gasto que surja de su uso de los servicios o violación de estos Términos.
13. Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por y se interpretan de conformidad con las leyes de la República Oriental del Uruguay, sin considerar los principios de conflicto de leyes.
14. Cambios en Estos Términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos de vez en cuando. El uso continuado de los servicios después de que los cambios entren en vigencia constituye la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.

Ang mga Kondisyon ng Serbisyo ("Mga Kondisyon") na ito ay namamahala sa iyong access at paggamit ng mga laro, website, at serbisyo na ibinibigay ng DGamerStudio ("DGamerStudio", "kami", "amin", o "sa amin").
